How do I book a tutoring session?
To book a session, click on Rates & Packages and choose the block of time the best fits your needs. You will then be directed to a short form to complete to book and pay for your first session using a Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover).
If you would like to use another payment method, please reach out to customer service and we can take a payment using CashApp or Zelle®.
When do I pay for a tutoring session?
You always pay for a tutoring session before the tutoring session begins. Because of the different tutoring options, you could pay right before the session begins (At the Moment Tutoring) or you could pay for weeks before a session.
Note: Tutoring Packages typically offer sessions at a discounted rate.
How do I pay for a tutoring session?

Will I receive an receipt/invoice/confirmation for my tutoring session?
Yes. LADA provides a receipt upon payment of all tutoring services provided to scholars and/or their guardians where necessary. All receipts are sent via email and/or text message for your records.
How do I log-in or connect to a virtual tutoring session?
When you book your session, you will receive a confirmation email and text message that includes a link to your virtual session. Currently, LADA utilizes Google Meet for Virtual Sessions.
What if I need to cancel a session?
If you cannot attend a tutoring session, simply send a text message or email to notify us of the cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged the rate of the session.
What if the tutor cancels a session?
If your tutoring session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time, the tutor will reach out to you to rebook a session at a later time that is convenient for you. As a thank you a for rebooking (and for your inconvenience), you will receive 15% off of your next 1-on-1 tutoring session.
Does LADA offer discounts for referrals?
Referrals, although not required, are greatly appreciated. As a thank you, scholars who refer LADA to other scholars will receive 15% off of their next 1-on-1 tutoring session once the referred scholar books and completes a session. New scholars who have been referred by an existing scholar will receive 15% off of the first 1-on-1 tutoring session.
Does LADA offer group tutoring sessions or classes?
Yes. We are currently in the process of finalizing schedules and availability for our group tutoring sessions and classes. Look for those to appear on the site in the upcoming weeks.
